Test: SHINee: Onew

SHINee featured in the June 2015 issue of monthly entertainment magazine The Celebrity. Since the magazine is created by SM Entertainment, there is a large spread on them to promote them.

Onew from top to bottom is wearing the Pattern Knit Cardigan ES in green from Vivastudio, Colorblock Wide Slacks in beige from Liful, and R SHOE 100 WAX CHAMUDE in navy from a Korean shoe brand called RAWROW.

Key from top to bottom is wearing a denim jacket from a Korean (Seoul to be exact) brand called MÜNN, striped T-shirt from Comme Des Garcons PLAY, Rugby Training Pants in grey from Vivastudio, and Converse Chuck Taylor All Star low-top sneakers from its “Color Weave” collection released in 2014.

Hello! :)I'm back to squeeze in some finds amidst my hectic work schedule /le cries.

In SHINee's MV 'View', we have Onew in his 'Champion USA' raglan top by the brand Champion. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the exact item and buy-link although I have searched for more than 2 hours at every inch and corner of their online store. (I'll still link the site if you want to check out the other apparels)
Then we have Key's Girl Power Jersey Combo from VFILES SPORT PLUS S/S '15 collection. It comes in Navy-Red, Black-Yellow and Green-Black. You can get it here.
I actually immediately recognised this from Hyunseung's 'Ma First' MV. One of the backup dancers was wearing a similar 'Girl Power' print but on a hoodie instead. You can get this hoodie here.

Lastly we have Minho in a Large Logo Mens T Shirt (muscle tank in the MV- sleeves were probably cut by his stylist) by Franklin and Marshall. I can't seem to find one of the colour grey though (I might not have searched meticulously enough) so here's the one in the colour black. You can get it here.
Jonghyun is wearing the Curtis Mayfield tee and Taemin is wearing a plain grey tank.

The jeans are by Balmain and generally called Biker Jeans. They come in a variety of colors and washes but the tailoring/design is the same. Since there are so many different kinds of the same design, I've included a few specific designs that could be possibly exactly or closest to what the SHINee members are wearing. Just click on the photos below for a better look!

I just included the last one because I thought the colors were pretty cool :)

On 140817, SM released a behind the scenes Starcast where they showed some of their idols at Inkigayo. SHINee member Taemin had his groupmates come down and show their support.
Onew can be seen in the picture wearing the Lucky 13 Sweatshirt from Markus Lupfer.Jonghyun is also wearing a familiar shirt, we posted our find on it a few days ago.

I was going through every single post on this site to "study" K-pop fashion (trying to be a better writer hehe) and came across Yuri wearing the red version of Supreme 56 Tiger Print Jersey / Supreme Bengals Football Jersey in Girls' Generation's "I Got a Boy" MV (stylists cropped it). I know it was a long time ago, but I recently made a post on Onew wearing the same thing in white at SHINee World III here, which leads me asking you - who wore it better?

Reader Dora (username Lattetaem) requested the jersey that Onew from SHINee was wearing at SHINee World 3.

SM has not been overdosing us with EXO's Overdose, but rather Supreme. Why so much Supreme lately! Do I smell sponsorship? Or is SM showing us that they are loaded? Anyway, he's wearing the Supreme 56 Tiger Print Jersey. It's also called Supreme Bengals Football Jersey. You can buy a red one here or a black one here, but I haven't found any links for the white one Onew is wearing.

A request by Huong and aslxxx for Onew's sweater worn at the 140225 JTBC Law of the Jungle (Borneo Edition) Press Conference.

The only reason I recognized the sweater is because I saw it on Stylenanda a few months ago when they still had it in stock. AND I REMEMBER IT BECAUSE IT'S BEAUTIFUL (If international shipping didn't cost so much I would've bought it). I went into my Internet history and found the name of it, which is called Gradated Cable Knit Shirt. When I clicked to try to get the buylink, it directed me to the Stylenanda homepage which means it's sold out :( My first request yay! And within 2-3 days of the request being posted too, what an achievement huh? (At least I'm proud of myself.)

Here are some finds from SHINee's recent airport trips. Although I'm not sure when the exact dates were, they are all from this year.

First up, we have Jonghyun. Here he is wearing Yeezy Over Jesus hoodie from the korean streetwear brand Golden Heritage. We've previously introduced the brand in another of Jonghyun's looks.

Next up, we have Key wearing clothes from the other side of the budget range. He can be seen here decked out in Saint Laurent. His jacket is the Spencer Chain Jacket in Black while he carries their Classic Duffle bag.

Last up is Onew. He is wearing the New Era x Keith Haring Pop Art collection snapback in Red. He is also wearing the Fox Head Navy Pulloever from Maison Kitsune.

It may not be obvious that he's wearing the pullover so here's a slightly better picture, where you can see the tip of the fox's ears.

Previously we made a post on SHINee's Onew and his love for the brand Trenta, has he shifted his attention to another brand?

On 110114, SHINee's Onew made a guest appearance on K. Will's SBS Youngstreet.

His sweater was from the brand Diamond Supply and Co. It was the Clarity PT. 2 Pullover Hood.
The colour he was wearing is sold out bur you can get the Heather Grey version one here.

In a recent update from Diamond Supply and Co, Onew was seen wearing another item from the brand.

He sported the Grizzly G Logo Starter Snapback Hat in Black. This was a collaboration between Diamond Supply and Co and Grizzly Griptape.

At the 2013 Melon Music Awards, SHINee scored not only their fist big win of Artist of the Year Daesang (on their 2000th day of debut too), but also had one of the most memorable looks for the red carpet.

Starting of with Jonghyun, he is wearing a suit from Burberry Porsum's collection, the Ottoman Wool Two Button Tuxedo Jacket and chose to line it with Hearts Printed Wool and Silk Twill Scarf. The heart print pattern has been worn by many other kpop artists like Chansung, GD and Victoria.

SHINee's leader Onew struck a rather imposing figure in all black, wearing Porsum's Cashmere Neoprene Cloth Military Coat. He paired it with the Leopard Printed Ponyskin Lace Up Shoes from the same brand( as can be seen in the top photo).

The maknae Taemin, looking more mature than I've seen him in a while, sported the Bonded Cashmere Chesterfield, with the collar popped up to reveal the coat's black contrast lining.

Minho's outfit was really busy. He wore a tuxedo suit with the Skinny Fit Mohair Jacket emphasizing his lean torso, showing off the Heart Print Poplin Sport Shirt underneath (no available buylink).

On top of that, the stylists draped the Translucent Vinyl Caban in Olive over his tux.

Last but not least, SHINee's almighty Key shows why he's the fashionista of the group. He made sure all eyes were on him and his Printed Pony Calf Fur and Neoprene Coat. (I admit, when looking for this coat I choked on the price a bit.) The contrast print between the sleeves and main torso is gorgeous

He paired the coat with an understated yes still interesting Satin Lapel Tuxedo Jacket.

Although the clothes are probably all sponsored, the price tags of these items had my jaw dropping by the end of the post.

SHINee's leader Onew has started sticking to a new jock style for his past few airport shots.

On 131028, Onew was seen sporting a Maison Kitsune Teddy in Indigo/ Off White.

You may purchase it here if you don't mind the hefty price tag.

Now although his outfit looks safe from the front, once he turns around he reveals an awesome accessory.

It's the Gundam inspired snapback from the label Adeen, in navy wool blend.

We should have posted these finds a long time ago, but since we were all busy we couldn't.

Lyn left the finds in a draft and I finally was able to edit the pictures.

I remember than when the concept photos were released,somebody asked what's the concept and almost everybody answered 'Don't worry,because SM's concept photos have nothing to do with the MV'

But, surprinsingly SHINee kept the military concept in the MV as well as for the performances.

In the concept photos all of the SHINee members wore outfits from Thom Browne's S/S 2014 collection. (keep an eye on GD because I'm pretty sure he'll wear these outfits soon)

Hey guys, I have here some finds from SHINee's Pink Play Party event in Singapore. I felt slightly obligated to post this since I managed to see what they wore firsthand.

Key wore the Peter Pan Dirty Stripper Shirt from Seditionaries, currently OOS.

Onew wore a shirt from Perdre Haleine's SS 14 collection.

Their shoes were as follows.
Taemin: Wulfrun Pink Single Sole Tie Dye Creepers in Multi from Underground, as seen in our mstar post. Jonghyun: 2OF001 3B7Q F0009 F C000 from Prada as seen in our snow piercer post.
Key also wore shoes from Underground, the Double Sole Wulfrun Creepers in Silver Mirror, purchaseable here.

Someone really likes Onew, and Onew really likes Trenta.

An anonymous reader requested SHINee Onew's sunglasses on quite a few dates, and while searching for them, I stumbled onto quite a few other items as well.

Here Onew is wearing Trenta XXX Camo Cap, Libra Black/Olive sunglasses (currently OOS), Trenta Mave clutch in Black, and the only non- Trenta find of this post, Lacoste L!ve Short Sleeve Aztec Graphic T-shirt in Quincy yellow (it's on sale for $30!).

On a seperate occasion, Onew wore Trenta again. He's wearing Trenta Libra White sunglasses, available here. He is also carrying Stella Silver Clutch and the 30 Gray hat, from the same brand, purchasable here.
If the clutch looks familiar to you, it's because he's carried it everywhere, including to the 20's choice Blue Carpet, which we've done a commentary post on.

Other Kpop artists seem to like this brand too.
