Who wore it better? Kai or Key

A "who wore it better" between two SM artists wearing the same outfits! Plus their stage names both start with a K and have three letters haha ^_^

Both EXO's Kai and SHINee's Key are wearing a crêpe satin shirt, grosgrain neck bow, and 70s stretch twill loose pant from Gucci's F/W 2015-16 Ready-To-Wear Collection. Kai wore the Gucci outfit in W Korea whereas Key wore it in Elle Korea.



 

Since one photo is in portrait (Kai) and the other is in landscape (Key), it's a struggle to edit them and still make it fair game. Here are the original photos for a better look:

What an SM power team to do a magazine pictorial like this! Taemin, Kai, and Krystal got together to do a W Korea photo shoot for its August 2015 issue.

There are actually two parts/volumes to this photo spread (called "Daisy Illusive"), but I mixed them up in this post. I instantly liked these set of pictures because they look so cozy and dreamy. Without further ado, here are some finds:

f(x)'s Krystal is wearing a ruffled neck silk shirt and sleeveless ruffled silk dress from Gucci's F/W 2015-16 Ready-To-Wear Collection.

With SM artists, you can always expect them to wear clothing in seasons that haven't come yet. It's not usual to catch them wearing things out of season.

EXO's Airport Fashion

Two easy finds from EXO's departure at the Bangkok airport (:

D.O is wearing the 'R Neck Tee Shirt Print Handwriting' by Maison Kitsune in white/blue. It also comes in white/pink. You can buy it here.

 

Chanyeol is wearing a 'Darling' t-shirt from No21 in white/black, however I can't find the exact-coloured item; it's either the t-shirt in grey/white, or a sweatshirt in grey-ish/black. So I went with the same t-shirt style instead of the same black embroidered 'Darling'. You can buy it here.

EXO in 'Dream Concert'

Heya! I am a few days too late with this post...welps better late than never! So recently EXO performed in 'Dream Concert', along with other artistes such as SHINee, INFINITE, 4MINUTE etc. I've got a couple of finds from mainly 2 brands, and also a bonus find at the end so read till the bottom to find out~ First up with Chanyeol - one glance and it's obvious it's from the brand Supreme (just like Stussy, Moschino, KKXX; they tend to design or add their stylised logo on a very conspicuous part of the apparel). Apparently both Drake (he is a very popular Canadian rapper) and Baekhyun have worn this at airports.It's a Supreme x Comme des Garcons hoodie in red, and it also comes in black. I can't find a proper buylink for this item, but you can search it up on Ebay.com, just click here.

 Next is Xiumin, Kai, Sehun, Chanyeol and Chen, all wearing different types of clothes from the same Japanese label Undercover. These are from the Spring/Summer 2015 Menswear collection, and it features pictures from the album cover 'Marquee Moon' by an American rock band called Television. (Cr: thebestfashionblog.com)Note: the following buy-links are from a Japanese site and I'm not sure if they ship worldwide...I can't seem to find other buy-links :/)

Last but not least - a bonus find that is NOT from the 'Dream Concert'. I was looking through Chanyeollie's Instagram and I saw this IG video of Kai trying out some kind of techno-idkwhat-gizmo sunglasses thing (uh, a little help here... if anyone knows?) But what I do know is his Wise Racing Jacket is from Supreme's 2013 Fall/Winter collection. Once again Supreme does not offer all its clothing for sale on their online store so I had to search, and you can either go on ebay or click here to purchase it on the global rakuten market.

More EXO finds~!First up Chen surprised us with his 'magical wardrobe change'  from his 'Call Me Baby' shirt to a red Supreme Logo Rib L/S Tee from the 2014 Fall/Winter Collection, lounging and dancing with enough swagger to rival Lil' Wayne. His ramen-styled hair is another story though. (Really hair-stylist coordinator, really?!) 

Unfortunately there's no buylink in their official online store, but you can still check out here for the price of this item, and here for the picture of the top (in navy) on their official website. You can always search on Ebay if you want to purchase it (and they have a range of other colours too such as white, teal and black)

Onto #5 of EXO's 'Call Me Baby' fashion finds~

When I saw Baekhyun wearing a Psychocandy shirt in the car scene I thought it looked like a band merchandise tee and bingo I was actually right!
This Psychocandy tee is by the band The Jesus and Mary Chain and fun fact, Psychocandy is actually the name of their debut album released in 1985 (credits: wiki). (I suddenly have a mental image of one of their band members wearing EXO's 'Wolf 88' tee XD)

According to the website this shirt is sold out, but nevertheless you can browse through other apparels from here.

Hey everyone! I'm back into the fashion find scene after two long weeks of exams and school being a major distraction from social network (yes, school is the bother, not internet...see what I did there)
Just to add on a few K-pop fashion MV finds to Shelley's on EXO's 'Call Me Baby', Chanyeol is seen wearing a black "We Rode Down The Path" tee by thisneverthat in their 2015 Spring/Summer "Lake on Fire" Collection.

This is the similar to what Suho wore too, except that his is a black shirt white larger white font; the wordings on Chanyeol's shirt has a smaller font. Not much of a different find from Shelley's, but just thought I could put it out there. (For all you peeps who like shirts with...smaller fonts...?)You can find it here. --- Next we have Xiumin and in the first car scene he is seen sporting a Army Shirt JKT in Black by Wacko Maria. It comes in khaki too. However I think the shirt is sold out (?) (from what google translate tells me). Speaking of which, the entire hemstitch blogsite is in Japanese so it's best to have google translate at hand.

A request from reader Fuzzy Dunlop who has seen many male idols wearing sweatwear (is that a word... if not it is now) with a certain pattern on them.

Cleaning out the draft box and found this treasure from June 2014. I find this shirt to be so lovely, wonder why it wasn't posted earlier? It's chic with the black overlay and pop of bright colors on the sleeves. It would be cool if I had this in my closet.

Mini Chinese Mandarin lesson!

离开 means to leave or depart. In pinyin (Chinese phonetic spelling), 离开 is Líkāi. It's evident that as of now Luhan is an inactive member of EXO, so the title is a spelling pun by me replacing the "Li" with "Lu" from Luhan.Or it could be a ship of Luhan and Kai, but that wasn't what I intended. (Branding companies, if you need anyone to come up with a name for your product please call me)
 This photo scan is from EXO's "Die Jungs" photobook.  On the left, Luhan is wearing the Keyholes Cable Long Shawl Cardigan in black by Munsoo Kwon. The price may or may not surprise you depending on your expectations of how much you think things should cost vs. knowing the price range of clothing that K-pop idols wear. Stock photo above and buylink here are the same item with a different pattern scheme because I couldn't find a working buylink of the exact one that Luhan is wearing.  On the right, Kai is wearing the Laminating Sweatpants also by Munsoo Kwon. MCM x EXO Collaboration

What better than to be helpful and provide buylinks (in English)? I went to the original site where the MCM x EXO Collaboration photos are and it's great that they saved me a bunch of time from doing finds, but no buylinks in English!!
