I feel bad about Suzy. I said she was 'worst dressed' for 20's Award. It really was the picture not her or her stylist. If I had seen other picture of Suzy that night, she would've placed differently.
It's quite hard to judge since I can't only see Fany's top.

I think Suzy wore it better. Its the hair style that was the deciding factor. Suzy's hair is up showing the dress's main focus, the straps and bow, but Tiffany's hair down hides it and makes it look like any other black dress.
